Swearing In

Tonight's festivities were held in the city council chambers.  It's now official!  The kids were able to join us for the swearing in ceremony.  Councilman Newby took his seat, seconded a motion, and cast a vote. I'm not sure whether he's most proud of his council seat or our new grandson.  Either way, he's a winner with me!
